Galvanized Nails

Galvanized coated twisted nails with conical shaped washers (drive screws) for use with the 10/3 corrugated profile.
Available in 2-1/2”. Suggested spacing every 9” along wood purlins.

Wood Grip Screws

Self-drilling hex-head fasteners for use with U-Panel and R-Panel cladding profiles to secure cladding to wood structures. Available in 10G x 1-1/2” and M6 x 1” in CLIMESEAL 4® finish for Permaclad® and Colourclad® cladding. 1” and 1-1/2” Stainless Steel screws also available. Suggested spacing every 6” along purlins at eaves and ridges and every 1’ at intermediary purlins.

Stitching Screws

Self-drilling hex-head fasteners for use with U-Panel and R-Panel cladding profiles to secure metal to metal interfaces. Available in 10G x 3/4” in CLIMESEAL 4® finish for Permaclad® and Colourclad® cladding and in Stainless Steel.

Purlin Screws

Self-drilling hex-head fasteners for use with U-Panel and R-Panel cladding profiles to secure cladding to metal purlins. Available in 10G x 1-1/2” in CLIMESEAL 4® finish for Permaclad® and Colourclad® cladding. C-drill fasteners also available for thicker metal purlin applications

Hurricane Strap Screws

Self-drilling square drive fasteners for use with our range of Hurricane Straps. Available in 1-1/4” and 2” sizes

Pan Head Screws

Self-drilling Philips or square drive fasteners for use with the Permalock and Permaseam standing seam roof systems. Available in 10G x 1”

Profiled Foam Closures / Filler Block

Strips of foam used to block dust and moisture from entering the spaces caused primarily where the cladding profiles meet flat surfaces. Available in 10/3, U-Panel and R-Panel profiles. Inside Filler Blocks are used at eaves and Outside Filler Blocks are used at ridges. 10/3 Filler Blocks are used at either ridge or eave. For all three cladding profiles Square Foam Filler Blocks are used at diagonal valleys and hips.

Tape Seal

This is a high quality gray butyl tape that is extruded onto smooth silicone release paper. It is used to bond and seal metal roofing, windows, gutters and roof penetrations, for sealing side laps and other interfaces on cladding. Available in rolls of 50’. Used with all types of roofing systems.

Silicon Sealants

NuFlex® 309 Metal & Vinyl Silicone Sealant is a one-part, neutral-cure elastomeric silicone sealant that cures to form a durable, flexible, low modulus seal that is compatible with common building materials in any combination: masonry, ceramics, galvanized steel, aluminum and most plastics. It is virtually unaffected by ultraviolet radiation, ozone, airborne chemicals or extreme temperatures. Available in White, Grey and Clear.

Bostik® Chem-Calk® 915 sealant is a one-component, construction grade, smooth polyurethane sealant that cures to form a durable, flexible bond with most building materials in any combination including stone, masonry, ceramic, marble, wood, steel, aluminum, fiber cement board and many other synthetic materials.

Panel Clips

These clips are used to secure Permalock® and Permaseam® Standing Seam panels to substrate materials. Fixed clips are available with standard and UL90 ratings. Floating / Sliding clips that allow for thermal expansion with excessive panel lengths are also available.

S-5 Clamps

The S-5 clamp is a versatile clamp used to secure Solar Systems or Photo Voltaic Systems etc. to Permalock® and Permaseam® Standing Seam panels

Pipe Flashings

Dektite is the original flexible pipe flashing system designed to seal hot or cold flues and pipes on metal roofs. With a tough weather tight seal and a strong flexible base, Dektite is the all-in-one flashing. Its flexible, corrosion resistant aluminum base conforms to any panel configuration. It will not crack or break and has a continuous service of up to +250° F (EPDM) and to +350° (Silicone). Available in 4 sizes to suit pipes from ¼” to 5″.

rFOIL™ Reflective Insulation

rFOIL™ Reflective Insulation is a single or double layer of polyethylene bubbles bonded to and sandwiched between a radiant barrier metalized foil and white polyethylene sheet.

rFOIL™ is specifically designed to control heat gain or loss, and prevent interior condensation, in all types of metal and metal-clad buildings.
